luck33 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and luck33 ("we", "us", "the platform"). By registering an account, accessing the website at luck33.click, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

To use luck33 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. luck33 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. If we have reason to suspect that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification and all funds will be withheld until identity is confirmed.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You are not a person who has previously been self-excluded from luck33 or whose account has been closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each person is permitted to hold one account at luck33. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by matching mobile number, CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any withdrawal requests placed on hold pending investigation.

When registering you must provide:

• Your full real name as it appears on your CNIC.

luck33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal above Rs 50,000. Acceptable documents include a copy of your CNIC (front and back) and a screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method being used. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights.

luck33 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. No currency conversion is applied and luck33 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own charges — luck33 has no control over third-party fees.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card transactions. Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited instantly. IBFT deposits are credited within 15–30 minutes on business days. Card deposits are credited instantly subject to your bank's approval.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000 for wallet methods and Rs 2,000 for IBFT and card. Withdrawal requests must be made to an account registered in the same name as your luck33 account. luck33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: within 2 hours of approval
• NayaPay / SadaPay: within 4 hours of approval
• IBFT: within 2–8 hours on business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days

luck33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual or potentially fraudulent. A player's first withdrawal must be made using the same method as their most recent qualifying deposit. Subsequent withdrawal method changes may be requested through customer support.

luck33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time. A second bonus will queue and activate only after the first is completed or has expired.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses at luck33 carry a wagering requirement. This means you must place total bets equal to a specified multiple of the bonus amount (sometimes plus the deposit amount) before any associated funds can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Casino slots: 100% contribution
• Crash games (Aviator, Spaceman etc.): 80% contribution
• Sports bets at minimum odds 1.50: 100% contribution
• Poker cash game rake: 50% contribution
• Table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat): 10% contribution

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire 7 days after being credited unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Any unmet wagering requirement at expiry will result in the bonus funds being removed. Deposits used to claim the bonus are retained in full.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any confirmed losses from abuse-related activity.
